There’s one thing you are probably hoping for if it’s your wedding day, and you’ve planned an outdoor wedding at a lovely gazebo down by the river: you’re hoping that it will NOT rain. We were excited about the opportunity to capture Carmen and Anderson’s wedding day… and especially looking forward to the sunset images down by the Pamlico River.
When a torrential downpour started on the morning of their day and didn’t let up, it was more than a little disappointing! But, you’ll get the idea if you have a glimpse at some of our favourite images from the day — these two are still shining, beaming, despite the soggy weather outside.
It was a beautiful wedding — even if it was a little different from what everyone was expecting!

She’s from Spain, he’s from wee Washington… they are a perfect match!
